Wings of War is a game series which merges card and board game mechanics to recreate aerial combat. The first series of Wings of War games focus on the “knights of the air” age, World War I, portraying the abilities of the fighting planes of this period.
We run Wings of War games at conventions, including HMGS’ Cold Wars, Fall In, and Historicon convention. We also run several events at GenCon in Indianapolis each August, including a massive multiplayer game with over 50 players!
Attached are a set of aircraft tracking cards that we use at our convention games.
The following files are a set of cards we use for our huge multiplayer games at conventions.
We print the cards, then laminate them using clear shelf contact paper from WalMart (make sure to laminate both sides-otherwise they curl up!). Then you can use dry erase,, wet erase, or grease pencils to mark damage.
These are the cards for my modifed WOW aircraft miniatures. My planes have all been painted to be different from the prepainted planes, since we mix my friend Art DeFilippo’s planes and mine together in our convention games.
